My wheelhouse has historically been People Operations, Events Facilitation, and Office Management. My experience working with fast-paced start-ups like Resy and Songkick, and non-profit organizations like Code Nation and the BRC, has equipped me with the skills to direct teams, oversee operations, and create inclusive and fun spaces. I’ve even been fortunate enough to co-manage volunteer communities and have driven the onboarding of over 100 employees. I've worked on everything from employee recognition initiatives to emergency action plans, as well as leading recruitment efforts and planning happy hours.
